Ask your doctor to prescribe propranolol, at low doses beta blockers prevent you from feeling the physical symptoms of an adrenaline rush. So although you're still mentally anxious you won't have stomach butterflies, your heart won't race, you won't hyperventilate or tremble etc. It's pretty great.
