The people are eccentric to be sure. More homeless and crazies per capita than every other major city. The city is extremely entrepreneur. People there are 50% more likely to start their own business than the average American which is due to their shit economy. This makes for a lot of weird businesses and shit all around town. I can confirm that Flagstaff is really lovely year round. The weather is broken right now (super rainy and even snowing every couple days atm) but otherwise best place in AZ imo :^) The people are also pretty cool depending on where you hang out
