i've smoked maybe a pack's total of cigarettes in my life. on very rare occasion i smoke one, and it gets me high as fuck and i have to sit down. i'm not going to take that up though, i go to the gym and weed smoking every day already gets me a little winded at the end of my workouts

i played cod, halo, skyrim, gta on xbawkz while drunk and high as shit after years of not playing vidya and it was the funnest time ive ever had playing vidya
then i realized i was becoming an alcoholic NEET waste and toned it down, although that was the same time it became boring again so about 2 years later
OP, start exercising if you aren't already.
I got burnt out too, and very desperate. I started panicking, and I used all of that nervous energy to take myself for walks each night. Walk for around an hour, come home exhausted and play some vidya. It will be like it's brand new all over again.
