I was all of those things (aside from ADD) and am now making decent money. Just don't settle for the first garbage retail job you get, always look for better wage/hours/work conditions/etc.
Also start talking to people off /soc/, it will at least make you feel better about being an antisocial piece of shit. That and the realization that basic socialization isn't hard will free you from your autistic bonds.

You, like 85% of guys probably won't come in to your own until your mid-20s. That's when most average dudes start slaying pussy on the regular. In your younger years a small group of guys usually receive a disproportionate amount of sexual attention but that changes so much post college age. Finding potential mates gets a lot harder as you start working every day and your free time becomes far more scarce. In addition, women wise up to a lot of the bullshit they used to fall for, those who don't never will. Women can't afford to be selective bitches because they lose all control of the environment and they lack institutional support from friend groups, popular kids, etc. Also, men gain physical and social equity throughout adulthood. Women peak out in their mid 30s, then it's all downhill from there.
