I saw a clip about this photoshoot with the women getting made up and shit. It's some woman from Japan who specializes in this camouflage body makeup. This was for that show with Tyra Banks where girls try to become models America's Next Top Model or something, the one Creepy Chan was on.
Anyhow, she's not totally naked it just looks like that. In the clip the girls are in g-strings to keep the make-up from irritating their privates. Cool pic.

It helps if you pull the corner of your eyes so they get slanted in Chinese style.
If that doesn't work, try opening your mouth and wobbling your head back and forth like a pidgeon. I know it sounds fucking ridiculous but this did the trick for me, it blurs your eyes just right and something about the wobbling head enhances your stereo vision to see the illusion.
Invite someone else into your room with you to help while you do this. Maybe they can see it and help you figure it out.
