If we allow grey area for trap slaves, then we potentially place the population of men - the ruling class - in danger. This jeopardizes the whole operation as now anyone can claim their neighbor is a trap and the system would collapse. This works because its one group completely and utterly exploiting another group. Its a sensitive balance.

The problem is it could spoil the kettle so to speak. If we allow the appearance of trap slaves, then it becomes possible to entrap other men into the same inside market. By putting a ban on all male slave trafficking, we make it that much harder to exploit the good citizens of this utopia for men.
I want traps as much as the next man, it just brings with it several problems.
