kek this happened to me, I just went all the way til whatever was there was gone (it was actually a scar going in) its been like a week now and it's starting to heal, it still looks a little stupid but I looked like pikachu before. I think it will look better than it did before in like 1 more week tops

Medfag here, it sounds a lot like HPM skin cancer.
Going to a doctor could take months for a screening and diagnosis, I know it seems extreme but you need to go the emergency room at your nearest hospital and ask for a screening so that it doesn't progress.
