An antimatter bomb would be almost impossible to make as, like you said, it would be destroyed (at least in part) upon collision with matter. However, assuming you could build one and transport it in a vacuum (as otherwise collision with matter would destroy it) it would be pretty deadly.
One gram of antimatter annihilating one gram of matter would produce 43 kilotons of explosive power, for reference, the atomic bombs yielded 15 and 21 kilotons.
The stealth bomber would definitely be destroyed.
