Really it's that I live in a shit town and have had a lot of fights. Ended up using a knife after I was jumped by 2 people and hurt one pretty good. Then had to Psych my way through the court case.

My current physc is a Indian dude with a sketch office, but I walked in and told him my symptoms, my treatment for the past 2 years and that I was on 200 mg Zoloft and 1.5 mg Xanax. He give me only .5 mg a day Xanax because he doesn't like that much. But even in the first visit he flat out said he could give me adderall to help with my concentration etc.

It's not that simple, don't talk about being addicted to any substances, say you have panic attacks at least 3 times a week, exaggerrate your anxiety and paranoia while keeping it believeable, tell them the SSRI's make you even more apathetic and depressed and that they do nothing for your panic attacks, also list physical side-effects like low libido, insomnia, dry skin, restlessness, brain fog and fatigue.
Eventually you'll get put on a benzo through repeated doc and psychiatrist visits.
