Furthermore, I have come to see that such behavior is actually very beta, and an attitude of scarcity. I see a woman and feel like I must come on to her because she is the most beautiful woman ever, then the next day I see another one and think similarly. There is an endless supply of physically desirable women to look at, whether or not I can ever have any, so its stupid to obsess over anyone I haven't even met yet. I am the specific type of virgin who can "fall in love" with women just looking at them. But over the past week having those same feelings change from women to woman, some I just passes on street, some I only spoke a few sentences to, one and one who likes me but wouldn't when she finds out I'm NEET while she wakes up at 4am to go to her wagecuck job, I think I am finally getting over the girlcrazy phaze of fap recovery, and am less antsy to interact with women, and more careful not to make it look like I'm objectifying them- such as initiating conversation with a woman by making comments about her body, or hugging female aquaintances for the sole purpose of self gratification.

The way to bring this within socially normal limits is to practice appropriate social skills around other normal guys while hitting on women who aren't painfully out of your league.
I've never understood why some autists think giving themselves blue balls translates to improved social skills. It might make you feel more confident/in control, but after a while I would ask if it is really making a difference in women's perception of you.
