Nah, the anon's note doesn't match with the ledditer's story. According to her story, they had spoken a bit, but the note implied that he hadn't made contact yet. Also, anon said he'd slip it under her door when she went to school rather than at 11pm. Anon also seems like he'd have too much anxiety to do the "oh, what a coincidence" routine.
There's definitely a lot of overlap, but I don't think they're related to each other.

I think he did just that -- he 'bumped into her' (as her story suggests) and started talking to her more and more. Only after he got mad at her having another guy over did he type up a different note and slip it under her door.
I'm not saying the situations are the same, but the creep in the story has the same MO -- slipping typed notes under the girls door.
