Faster like with running track? You probably just need to practice running every day and use a timer so you can gradually increase your times.

Have you tried getting faster?
Just train your speed. Do everything you do as fast as you can. Walk fast. Breath fast. Type fast. Write fast. If you want to become faster, you gotta be faster. Feel the speed.
Genetics just make it easier or harder and limit your expectations, but you can always be faster than you were before until you start getting old.
