example: I have anxiety because my father hit me even when I didn't do anything. My inner child feels that attacks can come from anywhere at any time.
I use the fear to lift and to hone my senses. it also channels itself into my dress sense, which people often compliment. I dress presentably but also in a way that makes me look a little like i should not be fucked with. Not scary, but very serious and with a strong presence.
You'll never get rid of the fear. The fear is your sword -- hold it by the hilt, not by the blade.
