In Sam's case he likened to calling them Inverted Narcissists. They end up also needing a Narcissitic Supply, bit in their case they get it from another Narcissist instead of other people. Since both forms are essentially incurable it's probably for the best for an Inverted Narcissist to pair up with a Narcissist.
