ITT we rant about our shitty jobs (or schools if you're a student).
>Really enjoy math
>Read and talk math in free time
>Excel in School and Uni
>Do a PhD
>Get worse supervisor possible
>Their research is great, but their supervisor skill are horrible
>Complain about this
>Get told that nobody else can help me with my current work and I won't get any extra time to tackle any other problems, so I either continue with a clueless supervisor, start a completely new problem with a small amount of time, or I could continue with my shitty supervisor
>Decide that I did not have enough time to start again, and a shit supervisor is better than no supervisor
>Stay with shit supervisor
>Get stuck
>Tell supervisor
>"It's not my job to teach you"
>MFW it seems likely that I could fail mainly because of my supervisor
