Ya I'm like neo in the matrix when it comes to games now. I have seen it all before and it's not going to get any better. Trying to play through Uncharted 4 and I would rather be doing other things. This is in contrast to really liking the last one and finishing it in one sitting.
I realized this at 24 when I had to get my first job, once you're forced away from your computer/video games you quickly realize how boring they are and how much of a time waste. But I have already passed the point of no return, in my mid 20's its basically too late to turn my life around. I've tried but I constantly fail. I too am just barely at the level of 17-18 year old girls, talking to a 21+ attractive female makes me feel like a fucking child.

A kid's idea of the world comes from what's around him, the only thing around me was my parents who told me school was hell, so I wanted nothing to do with it. But because I never went to school I never gained social skills, or any skills really. On top of that my parents just raised me terribly, they didn't even teach me simple things like brushing my teeth and tying my shoes

If you absolutely can't talk to anyone, you can start by going to a retirement home and talk to the people there, the seniors should be glad to have somone to talk to.
If you want to get better, join a sports club or somthing similar, you want an activity where talking isn't necessarily required.
