Genetics plays a huge role.
Regardless if you haven't shaven your head you would still be thinning.

Mouthbreather face can be fixed relatively easily via surgery, balding, however, can not be fixed in any easy or permanent way.
I see a thread like this on here every day; stopping yourself from going bald is literally as easy as getting a doctors appointment and asking for fin.
My derm told me I would go bald eventually, the choice was if I wanted to in the 2 years or the next 15-20
Pretty easy choice. Been on for almost a year and my haor stopped falling out, and even have regrowth in the crown and temples.
