there's your problem. you have no appetite because you don't work one up. just try walking for like 30 minutes a day, you'll feel hungrier more often. i weighed like 130 lbs a couple years ago at 6'4", now i'm about 165 (normal weight range). all i did was walk a few miles a day on the treadmill while watching videos or listening to music, and it readjusted my metabolism to wake me up at better hours, eat more food, and generally just feel better about myself. you can do the same. it's a small change that makes a big difference, believe it or not.
