I eat this almost every day. I just keep a bag by my computer and snack out of it constantly, go through just under two bags a day and take vitamins to make up for nutrients I'm not getting.
I've been doing this for about a month and haven't seen any particularly negative effects other than slight fat gain.

not who you asked, but heredity is the most major factor, followed by physical activity. Some people have to watch their cholesterol intake, some do not. for most people, it's not a major concern.

I eat saturated fat and cholesterol like it's out of production and I have to get as much as i can before it runs out. Every time I go to the doctor, they say "your cholesterol levels are amazing, how do you do that?" I am genetically invulnerable to cholesterol.

Water is the only thing -- absolutely the only solitary thing -- that makes me feel refreshed and filled with the hydration that my body needs. Drinking juice or soda when you're thirsty is a bad habit for spoiled children. When you grow up, you have to drink water.
