This is obviously bait but i will explain why it wont work.
Weed in its natural state does not contain any significant amount of psychoactive substances. It does however contain large amounts of THC carboxyl, which aside from being an anti inflammatory agent doesnt really do anything in the body. However, heating this molecule to a certain temperature (not sure about the exact treshold) will cause it to lose the carboxyl group. This allows the body and brain to use the THC in the weed, and gets you high.
No amount of eating, snorting, plugging, injecting or whatever method of administration you can come up with will do anything at all if the weed isnt heated to the right temperature.

I dont think you could snort it, because like the anon below you said, the THC needs to be dissolved in oil. I believe it will just vaporize if you decarb straight herb.
