I don't think so. I seem to be in a shitty mood regardless of the situation. Things that were a dream a year ago that are now a reality depress me more than they make me happy, and what used to be my depressing reality back then looks like heaven now. I think my mind is broken.

working on happiness is like working out a muscle. it's slow but it'll happen if you work on it and you're mindful about trying out new things or discovering what makes you happy.

I had to take off from work, it started with a sore throat but now it's nausea and a fever as well. A marathon I signed up for with my coworker is in a few days and I don't know if I can do it.

I was actually very shy so I have only asked two while drunk way back in the days. The need and desire subsides more and more as you hear about non-virgins problems and bitching about not having had sex for x-days or their problems with their girlfriends and so on. I view it as you can't miss something you haven't had so sit back and relax and be glad you don't have to deal with all the relationship problems.
