I like the idea of getting a tulpa, but I don't like the idea of being responsible for someone's personality.

Is it possible to have a tulpa create his/her own personality?

I've heard people that made tulpas without forcing a personality on them. You just have to picture what you want their form to be, focus a lot of your thoughts on them and talk to them until they gain independence.
