Easiest is just to share creative interests, like if you like to draw or write or sing or whatever.

Well, you can start with little things. Like if you don't do much in a day and have a messy room, you could maybe make the bed one day and work up from there.
Doing things like cleaning or even just cooking a grilled cheese for yourself can make you feel fulfilled.
And when you feel even just a little bit fulfilled, you can build on that to get motivated to do a bigger things, and so on.
And eventually you can build this up to the point where you get the motivation to upload a picture or go outside or something
