that's actually gruel, but what i'm eating looks more or less the same. probably tastes the same too, since the whey and oatmeal are unflavored
That's my lunch ever day. I've grown to love it. Its better cold and smushy in my opinion.
My dad told me he would always add protein powder in his oats but I tried it and it was fucking awful. Good thing it was a small serving, though. I barely made it through the bowl. I could eat either dry by the spoonful, but together was just awful.
