You need to consistently force yourself not to watch porn for a month or more, after that it gets much easier.
Whenever you get an urge, switch to something else or try to think about aomething that distracts you (Play a game or watch a movie).

Other than that, it gets easier after the first couple of days because it won't be a habit. Also testosterone peaks about a week after quitting, you'll feel so full of energy you'll want to go out and get girls. You'll have a taste of the benefits you won't even want to look at porn anymore.

quitting the internet is much harder
hell even quitting 4chan is harder.
the only way I managed to reduce porn drastically is by using other addictive internet things instead like 4chan
arguably the real life changing decision is to quit the internet entirely if possible

You need to do it either for self improvement as part of a larger change, or to relieve guilt /return to childlike innocence. If you just think of it as a means to get sex with women you will fail
