I take comfort in knowing the fact that all of the family hates her and she was even worse to my mother and my uncles. My immediate thought was to say aloud that if we would be getting anything free for our troubles, you know a little compensation? How about a free drink?
I thought it would be both funny and maybe we might get something free out of it which would benefit and please everyone.
But I second guessed myself because what happens if the peanut allergy person feels offended by that suggestion, like they are a burden on us and what happens if people don't find that funny and thinly of me as a stingy Jewish asshole?
So I kept my mouth shut. These are the dilemmas that I go through everyday. I have to constantly censor and second guess myself.
