Thanks. Walking is really hard, and you should be sitting as much as you can. No fapping for at least 2 weeks. All in all it takes like 3-4 Weeks for a fully recovery. The first week is the worst, less sleep and a lot of pain. But if you survived the first week, everything will be good. After the second week you can almost to everything.

There are probably cases of phimosis which can't be cured without surgery.. Other types of phimosis can be cured with stretching. I had serious phimosis and couldn't pull down my foreskin without it strangling my dick. It was only when I was 23 that I decided to put serious effort into stretching. For a bit more than a month I had a warm bath every night and would gently stretch my foreskin, not down the shaft but horizontally. I would generally stop when it started feeling uncomfortable. Obviously it took a bit of time but eventually it became loose enough that I could pull it down and reveal the glans without any strangling occurring. No one should get a circumcision for phimosis unless they've given stretching a serious go.
