Realistically speaking, how long can someone be awake in a row?
Also what happens when you can't take it anymore? You just collapse and lost consciousness or you die on the spot?

I was locked away in a pysch ward for a month and didn't sleep the whole time despite being given two different sleep aids. The lack of sleep was driving me more actual insane than what my parents used to throw me in their against my will in the first place...

Eh, point is "a month" is a rough estimate but apparently you can go pretty long without sleep, you just get really useless.
