I broke my hand once in a similar fight like op.
Difference was the others actually took initiative on me and I was outnumbered. I managed to hit both fuckers though and even knocked one to the ground (thats how I broke my hand lol) but in the end I took the most blows.
A couple months later or so I actually found the bastard that provoked me and stabbed the fucker in the face (no joke).
He went to the police and I was brought on trial. Was forced to pay 4k and got out on probation (never saw bars in my life). My record should be clean by now.
It was worth it.
