Why government doesn't matter.
Never had a problem with speaking in front of people. I'd briefly go over whatever the hell it was and then just wing it. I'd generally be done seconds earlier than allowed but I can't recall a single time in which I got a bad grade for doing a presentation or speech.
People are stupid as fuck and care too much.
