Not necessarily. Some of the disorders/ personalities listed here have similarities between them. This means that if you score highly in schizoid, you will likely also score highly in avoidant. I would also assume that there is a correlation between negativistic and depressive as well as paranoid and schizotypal.
Now, if you score highly in two categories that are contradictory to each other, then there is likely a problem (eg. sadistic and masochistic or histrionic and schizoid).
Yes, the test should be taken with a grain of salt, because it is not able to distinguish between disorders that present with similar symptoms. Also, the findings of this test are only generalizations, meaning there is a lot more that goes into a legit diagnosis than can possibly be determined by this test.
I will say though that I do agree with you in the sense that OP's results are obviously bullshit. The test doesn't work properly when people lie in their results or exaggerate in order to feel like a special snowflake.
