Zarya has pink hair and Tracer has some gay looking skins. That's all you have going for that. The girls have notoriously nice asses and Widowmaker is in a half dressed bodysuit. Tracer's new pose is based off a pin up girl's pose. Not everything has to be about feminists and shit. It's just a game this time.
The game is really fun and worth getting. If you aren't going to spend the time figuring out how to work together a little bit with your team or how to defeat certain characters then don't bother. You'll hate it if you're not willing to learn a little bit. You'll end up being the useless guy who just runs straight into Bastion over and over and complain he's overpowered and the game is shit.

here, let me add some things
1/ You have no scoreboard, you can't see who sucks in your team. It's a small detail, but it discourages ppl from finding some petty reason to bash their teammates.
2/ Pressing TAB won't show any stats. You can see who is "on fire", which is an indication of who was active a lot in that game. If you don't die, and kill/heal/take the objectives a lot, you'll be on fire and therefore a high-priority target because you're useful.
3/ At the end, you have a Play of the Game. It's a clip of one of the players in the match that did the most kills in a short period, or an important move for the objectives.
Getting a Play of the Game is such a cool feeling, you get to show off that triple-kill you did when you flanked the enemy team etc.
3/ When you get killed, you have a Kill Cam with the point of view of whoever killed you. It's really useful to see how and why you died, and to learn to play the characters/maps.
The Kill Cam is probably the most important thing to get a newbie FPS player to keep playing in my opinion.
Don't let the SJW bullshit affect you, it's such a bullshit excuse to miss out on a game like this.

I find it much much fast paced compared to tf2. Rounds are like 5 minute long.

I really really really hate blizzard game mechanics. They are the same in every game. They have some predetermined skill tree that correspond to different play styles. And only a few of those play styles are worth doing. There is no emergent gameplay. It's all controlled. Then they add in an expansion so woohoo you get some new predetermined playstyles. Then they are constantly buffing and nerfing things because they are so retarded they can never find balance.

The fact that you can't move while in turret form means you're really vulnerable to a lot of heroes, Genji can just wreck Bastion by reflecting his bullets for an ez kill, and any hero can kill him if he wants to.
