I have night eating disorder.
when night comes around and I'm alone (even sometimes if I'm not) I get seere anxiety and I eat so much you'd be uncomfortable watching me. I'll eat like a whole pound of cheese with oily bread and get drunk just to feel comfort.
I of course punish myself for it mentally and emotionally later when i'm still fat, but i don't throw up.
I lift everyday (upper/lower routine) and walk my dogs a few times a week.
I'm a manlet (5'7) and I eat about 2,500 calories a day and stay ~10% bodyfat year round.
I haven't puked in 20 years. (I am 28)
i'm eating like once every 24 hours

I hate myself.I've been having crippling anxiety for all my life and now I'm also depressed.The only thing that makes me feel better is starving myself,it makes me feel like I'm high all the time plus the pain doesn't bother me,I've been a cutter and I prefer starvation because it doesn't leave visible scars.

How do people control themselves? I can't stop at just 2 or 3 cookies, I have to eat the whole box. I binge every night and feel like shit every time. I think a huge part of the problem for me at least is eating in front of the computer.

I have done a 20 day water fast while going to school one year and a half ago.I don't know how I managed to pull myself together it was really hard but at the same time satisfying because I was so numb and tired from the starvation I didn't care about anything at all.But my answer is yes,I sat in bed most of the time and at school I would only sit down. I remember it was really hard to stand up because I would black out so I had to do it very slowly.
