Does anyone feel this when looking at mirror you feel like you are a handsome 7or8/10 but someday suddenly drop to 3/10?

Almost everybody thinks they look good in the mirror, it's an illusion. One of the worst parts is that you don't really get exposed to your side profile which can actually show you as quite unattractive.

some days I get the feeling that i'm actually ok (like a 5 or something) but then I take some photos of myself just to check and oh boy do I look like a dead piece of shit.

If your problem is that you have an overbite then you can actually fix it yourself and make the side of your face look a lot better. I had an overbite and it made my jaw look worse from the side but if you consciously try to keep your lower jaw more forward for a while it will automatically stay there after some time which will make your jaw seem more defined and won't make you look as weak from the side.
Fuck I don't know how I look either. I'll get compliments here and there and just looks of disgust from other girls for no reason.

Phone and tablet cameras have a focal length that makes people look worse than they do irl (because miniaturization of better focal lengths is expensive).
Get your picture taken by a decent portrait camera rather than a phone. If you still look ugly in that then yeah, you're ugly.
