post a few pictures (selfie and a few pictures of you outside so your profile looks semi-legit)

start messaging local grils in your area

many of the girls get blown up with lots of messages so they wont even respond. but every once in a while you will catch one......

I've met a couple mega-QT grils who 'just moved to town' and didn't have any friends.
