Poorfag 23 year old undergraduate ex-NEET non-white trying not to be loser here
After 3 years of looking for a job relentlessly, I have an interview Monday at a small business offering $12/hr. I need a place to live because I can't stand my mother anymore.
Here's what we're working with: https://huntsville.craigslist.org/search/roo
Here's the rooms I'm considering.

Anyone got any tips and tricks for looking for an apartment?

Pack more boxes with less shit in them, easier to move medium fucking boxes than heavy ones with a dolly.
As for actual apartments with strangers, they are your new parent. You answer to them without question, you are not their equal.

will your mom cosign a lease?

Horseshit. You pay rent. They don't financially support you. They don't get to be the matriarch/patriarch with you. If
they don't understand this - and many people who rent rooms on craigslist do not - avoid them. They'll be a nightmare to live with.
Try to find someone your own age. Although there are people in every age bracket who get what being equals and rent-paying roommates entails. Good roommates are hard to find but they're out there.

Uhh fucking move retard. There's a billion jobs in Texas if you move to a non-middle of nowhere town. Like what the fuck?

Well I only got this job because I went around in person walking into stores and asking for a job. Online applications have never yielded results.
I'm looking at this spreadsheet I made and I've applied for over 1,124 online job posting in this state, all ranging from retail to McDonalds, to blue collar work, to internships. None have called back. I don't think applying online to Texas positions would work, especially when rent is higher there.
