I dont know whats going on in this thread but I love bananas. There are a lot of foods I can no longer eat so I eat healthy now and bananas are one of my favourite fruits.
Tasty, easy to eat, easy to get, and relatively cheap. I make my own protein shakes with bananas, cinnamon, water and eggs or oats.
