I've noticed that to get hands right you just need to get a few lines well drawn.

maybe make the elbow more subtle, it looks wobbly and unrealistic
I think the best advice I can give you for hands is that when you look at a hand don't draw how you think the hand looks or try to draw it as a hand, instead just draw what you see and consider it an object which isn't a hand. A lot of people who have a hard time drawing X body part I think have that problem because they are trying to draw whatever body part that is which makes them draw their perception of that part as that part.

I practice hands a lot but still have a lot to learn about them. One thing that helps a lot is to grind out several hand sketches everyday for some time, like 6 months to a year, and youll improve like crazy. I know it sounds obvious but its the only way. Also hogarth has a very detailed book on how to draw them, and loomis has a section about them in his head book thats worth reading.
It's a lot of work but it'll be worth it when you can draw qt animu grils in the near future mayne

Keep trying. You should probably go slower and observe more carefully if you are copying a hand (I assume your hand). Don't be afraid to draw some guidelines since you can always erase them later. What you want to do with these guidelines is to judge the angle that the fingers are going so using a line to get the proper angle of the digit is useful, then other lines to compare where the knuckles and finger tips are in relation to other parts of the hand. When you use those guidelines and observe carefully you will notice things like how your knuckles for your index and middle finger are much higher up than your ring and pinky finger thus the knuckle line is never straight but more curved. Of course due to where the digits start from and their length where their joints lie will differ from one another. So use lines to keep yourself in check.
It is important to go slow as a beginner because you may not have built the intuition that others have built for themselves.
