1) get any job
2) do one punch man training in a park or the gym
3) be confident, never angry, never worried, always grateful, always honest and laugh at problems working hard to get through them
4) get alot of sleep by going to bed early
5) eat a plant based diet more than 2,000 calories and never eat animal products
