When one is relatively young, there is still some hope that one could go on to live as normal people live, and to experience what the vast majority of people do. Sure, being a virgin at 19 years old may be difficult, but there is still plenty of time. After all, being a virgin at 19 isn't all that bizarre and plenty of men go on to have sex after that age.
The sand continues to fall through the hourglass, and the number of men your age who are still virgins begins to diminish. It becomes stranger and stranger. You graduate college and your friends have not only abandoned virginity long ago, but are getting into serious relationships. Some are getting married. And the grains of sand continue to pour.

Well, if one man has had such an experience, I can hardly argue that no man can. I admit to that much.

The more I have these conversations, the more I suspect they follow some script. However, that shouldn't surprise me at this point.
