1. the nonagression principle is bullshit because mere existence is aggression against all around you. Aggression is not a discrete, clear thing.
2. voluntary association is in most situations an illusion, a worker generally does not voluntarily enter into his employment contract, he does so as it is a condition of survival for all but the wealthiest.
3. there is no universal basis for morality and his project on the matter is absolute garbage that even fellow libertarians roundly mock.
4. property rights and 'negative rights' in general are not distinct from 'positive rights' in that they are granted through socially constructed arrangements and again have no universal origin. You 'own' property because the institutions of society accept this to be true.
He appears logical if you don't think too much about what he is really saying.

Seriously though, Chomsky is a tool (he still upholds the official 911 story and is criticism is focused mainly on US foreign policy). But what influential academic isn't though? Do you really think the ruling class is gonna give exposure to someone who threatens their interests? But he is useful in that he is an educated individual who can debate Stef and force him to defend his position. If he looses his spaghetti over that then his followers, if they are honest with themselves, may question their heroes legitimacy.
