I'd say it depends on the disability. Most guys will probably not want to have to do anything with a girl who's paralyzed from the waist down, as inoperable genitals tends to put them off completely, since it's primary and sometimes only reason for guys to ever date a girl.

It really depends on the disability. Missing legs wouldn't be too bad, paraplegic would be a little worse. Armless would probably be a lot of work. Blind would be fine probably, but I'm unsure about a deaf girl. I've never been good with sign language because of pronounced physical gestures and overly pronounced facial expressions. Also hearing deaf people speak make me really uncomfortable and kind of make me want to cry. Can't think of any other ways for a girl to be physically disabled right now.

It really depends. Disabilities that most guys could probably work with include things like missing a limb and most mental illnesses. Blindness is something that I would personally be ok with, but I'm not sure how most guys would feel (I bet /r9k/ users would generally not mind though). But things like being a paraplegic or mentally retarded would make a girl undesirable to all but the strangest men.
