One deep fried mars bar contains about 400 or 500 calories, not the 1200 as sometimes claimed. In terms of fat content, there are sources way worse than a fried mars bar. As a rare treat (no more than one every two weeks or so), it's absolutely fine to eat them.

Golden Corral is pretty dank, I have to say. It's not great food, but it's all decent, and they have everything you could want. There's like 15 different kinds of pies and cakes to pick from. And I think it's like $15 a person. Most people can afford this once a week.
