Lack of preference for an in-group since they have never had to fight for their people. In men it has been instinctively hammered into us through evolution because we have always been the ones called upon to defend our women and children.
Women have no in-group and are emotionally driven. Rather than listening to facts, they'd rather listen to their heart. Having a heart is important as a leader, but knowing when not to listen to it is also important. As "The Prince" says,
