i started eating just almonds, oatmeal, coffee, and tea 6 days a week. didn't have too many problemos before but now i have a nice healthy BM once a day. didn't have a BM today but it was my cheat day, i'll overload on that shit tomorrow before work and have a super awesome BM. try it. you'll have some really large healthy BMs you BM.
