I have a union job and I can do literally almost anything as long as it's not direct telling them to fuck off.

I've been caught standing around or shooting the shit more times than I can count even though my manager tells me not too EVERY day and puts it on my schedule sheet yet I still haven't been seriously warned.

I'm very hard on myself but I make small mistakes in one area but do very well in every other area and due to proper bullying I have next to no long lasting ego.
