I started out a spooky skelly 5 months ago, started eating right and working out with light weights at home that I bought of Craigslist and started going to my local rec center 2 months ago as of the 11th when I didn't feel like a total idiot anymore. Rec Center is great cuz it's mostly old guys there and $6 a month.
I see a /fit/izen there now-and-again and he stopped to talk to me and ask if I was juicing.
