Can I lose other kgs of fat? For example, if I'm 10 kg above underweight, can I lose those 10 kgs, even if I can't lose the 10 I get?
I would probably not do it. I am really short, and it probably hurts my social status, but I don't worry that much about it. At least it gives me the potential to do good crossplays in the future.
Depending on what the answer to my question is, though, maybe it could be acceptable to get a few cms, if I'm allowed to lose the kgs I already have too much.
