I just walked 6-7 miles up an extremely steep hill then the same miles back down, taking 3 hours

Is this the beginning robots?

after doing some more research about the hill I found out so better numbers

I just estimated

It was 3 Miles, that plus the walk to get to this hill was about 1-1.5 Miles I'd say
I would say more because I took some detours and didn't stick to the main path, but I won't add that
so 8-9 miles in all

be careful not to overdo it or you might fuck up your knees really bad. Thats what I did when I started jogging 5 times a week without ever working out before. Try to cut your 3 hours walking to 1.5 hour walking thats plenty of exercise for the start. You can add more time/miles weekly

Yeah that's what I thought about doing
an hour and a half for first week (If I was to do 5 times a week)
If not then an hour and a half for two weeks (If I was to do 3 days a week or something)

then once I get used to it I'll probably switch to jogging for only an hour and a half or just an hour
