ah yes, the good old soul crushing sadness episodes. I get those about twice per day now. one in the morning and one when im going to bed. I feel like during one of these i'll have a gun or a knife next to me and just kill myself off an impulse.

It was the same for me, but I was going crazy and my manchild hobbies like manga or video games only made me hate myself even more so I started by running in the park like a fucking faggot, then finally took a membership to the gym.
Nothing changed I won't lie to you, I'm still the same pathetic man, but at least I try to improve but I know it won't change shit.

going to the gym releases dopamin and some other shit that actually makes me feel better
top that off with some nice food (subway works for me because I dont feel that much of a fat fuck afterwards) and you should at least be somewhat "happy"
